Good times around my 50th when Paddy directed the neighbours and friends in our kitchen making all the food for the hundred or so folk who attended my 50th birthday up at The Invershin Hotel 30 miles over The Struie !! Great laughs and and a mammoth task achieved with the apparent ease of his old head chef skills. And.... The couple of weeks we spent howkin' up his bonny lawn with my digger trying to find the broken pipe out of the septic tank. Occhhtt Paddy you said dig here , I said dig there. I was right but the craic was mighty as was the smell .... He he !! It was an honour to play for family and friends as you left us all.
